RULES REGARDING PAYMENT OF FEE

1.      The fee can be deposited in the school or in our bank BANK OF BARODA, NAVIN MANDI Haldwani-263139

2.      Bank Timing: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 3.30 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 1.30 pm, School Office Timing 8 am to 1.30 pm.

3.      The account payee cheque should be drawn in favour of Greenwoods Global School, Please write the name of your ward G.R. Number and class on the reverse side of the cheque. Kindly Don't pay on any Mobile Number.

4.      The Last Date of the payment of fee will be 10^th of every month.Payment after due date will not be accepted by the bank.

5.      In case of payment of fee after 1O^th of the month Fine of  Rs. 10 will be charged per day.

6.      When the name of the student has been struck off the rolls for non-payment of dues, re-admission may be allowed solely at the discretion of management subject to payment of the arrears and re-admission fee.

7.    Unless all the dues are paid by the student, the result of the examinations, test conducted by the school will not be communicated to the student, School Leaving Certificate will also not be issued till all the outstanding dues are paid.

8.      In case of any cheque is dishonored parents will be responsible.

9.      Fee of May-June will be collected in May and Feb-March in February.

10.  In case booklet is lost a duplicate is issued on payment of Rs. 50/- with permission of the principal, only after application from the parents regarding the loss of the fee book and request for a duplicate fee book.

11.  Fee once paid will not be refunded.

12.  Development Fee included - Computer Fee, Practical fee,  Educational Trip, Sports Item, Teaching Aids, Library, ID cards, Report card, Annual Calendar, Furniture, Annual Sports Fee, Art & Craft Exhibition and other celebrations,Health Check-up, SMS, ERP, Wi-Fi, CCTVs, Water. Electricity, Generator Charges Cleaning Material, School Repairs, Service of Machines  Etc.

13.   Transport Charges (Per Month)-  0-3 Kms- Rs. 1,000, 3-5 Kms - Rs. 1200, 5-7 Kms - Rs. 1400, 7-9 Kms - Rs. 1600, 9-11 Kms - Rs. 1800
