Admission Information

The school Prospectus and admission form is available from the school office in the month of February.
Admission to class L.K.G. to class IX and XI are based on an admission test and interview of the child. Child will be tested in three subjects i.e. English, Hindi and Mathematics.
Admission test are held in the month of March every year.
In regard to admission of the child the decision of the Principal will be final.

The minimum eligibility age for different classes as on the 1st of April is as follows :–

At the time of registration, photocopy of annual report card of previous school is to be submitted. No child will be admitted without transfer certificate obtained from last school attended
List of supporting documents to be produced by the parents at the time of admission:

i)   Original Birth Certificate of Child

ii)  Transfer Certificate obtained from the last school attended

iii)  Last Report Card

iv)   Photocopy of the Vaccination Card of Child

v)   Photographs of Father, Mother and the Child (1 each)

Process
Registration/Admission Forms are available from the school office in between 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Parents can collect the forms and submit the required documents within the timeframe given by the school.
Parents would be invited for an informal interactive session till KG level. Class 1 onwards the child would have to appear for a written test followed by an interview with the Principal. Rights of admission are reserved by the management of the school and are purely based on merit
Admission policy
GGS appreciate your interest in wanting to enroll your child/ren to our community.GGS accept students from diverse school background, with a range of academic abilities. However, the school reserves the right to refuse admission to students whose educational or physical needs cannot be well covered by the school.
Students will not be admitted if they have been retained 2 consecutive years in the same grade. A student will be entitled to re enrollment upon a 3rd retention if retained in 2 non-consecutive years.
Application of your child/ren will be processed only when all the relevant documents have been received by enrollment officer.
Students will be enrolled for admission with non- refundable registration fee. A final list of the candidates will be decided by the Principal.
